Any incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries are the property of AvidCat.com. We are not responsible for any lost, misdirected or delayed entries. We will not accept any entries by phone, fax, courier or personal delivery.

Shipping charges are fully covered by AvidCat.com or its sponsors. (Return shipping charges are not the responsiblity of AvidCat.com or its sponsors.)

Canadian Customs Duty is not covered by AvidCat.com or it's sponsors. The winner is responsible to pay all Customs Duty.

Rules and Regulations may change on a regular basis, please review before entering.

Contest Rules:

1. The contest is open to the general public of the United States & Canada 18 years of age or older. Store owners listed on AvidCat.com are also able to enter the contest as long as they are not a sponsor.

2. AvidCat.com reserves the right to limit each household to one qualifier per contest and make prize substitutions when necessary. AvidCat.com reserves the right to amend all contest rules at any time. Entries may only be submitted online.

3. Approximate values of prizes vary.

4. Anyone who enters a contest automatically grants AvidCat.com permission to use their name, character, photograph voice and/or likeness in connection with promotion of this or other contests and must waive any claim of royalty, rights or remuneration for such use.

5. Employees and immediate family members of AvidCat.com employees are not eligible to win.

6. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

7. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

8. This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and is void where prohibited.

9. AvidCat.com reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.

10. AvidCat.com may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from entering any contest that we believe to be abusing the rules. Such abuse includes entering false information or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Entering Contests and Choosing and Contacting Winners

Winners of random email contests will be chosen at random from emails received.
AvidCat.com is not responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries, or emails sent but not received by AvidCat.com for any reason, as potential contest winners.

Winners of all contests will be contacted at the email address used to enter the contest, and the person receiving and replying to the winner announcement email will be considered the winner unless they specify another person within the reply email as the winner. AvidCat.com or its sponsors will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement email.

Only one entry per email address used to send the email will be considered for contest entry, unless multiple entries are specifically allowed in the contest posting. Unless otherwise specified in an individual contest post, no person may enter any contest more than once using multiple email addresses.

Claiming of prizes requires an email response to AvidCat.com from the winning sender email address within 30 days of being notified of winning at the email address used to enter. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. AvidCat.com is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).

Neither AvidCat.com, AvidCat.com sponsors, nor employees of AvidCat.com or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. AvidCat.com is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by AvidCat.com.

Prizes will be shipped to the contest winners at the conclusion of the Contest. AvidCat.com may request from the winner the size of the product. If no size is requested AvidCat.com will send the default size for its contest.
